Continuation of the Classics of the Sheng Dynasty

One hundred and twenty volumes. The series compiles manuscripts and essays from interludes of Daoguang, Xianfeng, Tongzhi, and Guangxu. The style is exactly the same as that of "Dynasty Jingshi Wenbian". There is a copy of Sibulou published in the 23rd year of Guangxu's reign. Edited by Sheng Kang of Qing Dynasty and edited by Sheng Xuanhuai. This compilation is one of the main sequels to the "Dynasty Jingshi Wenbian". It follows the "Dynasty Jingshi Wenbian" which specifically collects historical documents and historical materials since Daoguang. The selected articles start from the first year of Daoguang (1821) to the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897). The editor collected more than 200 official documents and expert collections, and the recorded works were mainly memorials and discussions. Detailed economic affairs of the four dynasties and those related to Chinese and foreign negotiations were recorded as external editors. The editing style is still based on the "Dynasty Jingshi Wenbian", with slight additions and deletions in details. It is also 120 volumes, divided into eight categories and seventy items.
