Lucky Star

A person has to rely on herself, especially a woman. One wrong step, and she may fall into an abyss from which she can never climb out. After a year of treatment, the young woman is left with lasting damage to her body and unable to have children. Her boyfriend, who had always stood by her, quietly walks away. With help from a mysterious benefactor, a doctor, a lawyer, and a counselor, she gradually gets back on her feet, overcomes her drinking problem, and finally defeats her illness. Her mind grows clear, and her desires become simple: to keep living. With good health, she can start over. But what about love? Where has it gone? Like paper, it leaves ashes after it burns; like river water, it evaporates into rain clouds. When love disappears, where does it go?
