Synopsis

"Dang Kou Zhi" is a novel written by Qing Dynasty writer Yu Wanchun. This book was drafted in the sixth year of Daoguang and written in the twenty-seventh year of Daoguang. There were "three changes to the draft" in the middle, which lasted for 22 years. In this book, the author's hatred of the peasant uprising led by Song Jiang is consistent with Jin Shengtan's, so he followed the 70-chapter "Water Margin" that Jin Shengtan had "cut in half", and starting from the 71st chapter, he fabricated a large story about how Song Jiang and other Liangshan heroes were "captured by Zhang Shuye."
