"Xu Shi Shuo" is a collection of ancient Chinese classical Chinese anecdotes. "History of the Song Dynasty·Yiwenzhi" contains twelve volumes and was written by Kong Pingzhong of the Northern Song Dynasty. The book imitates the style of "Shishuoxinyu" and mainly records anecdotes from the Southern and Northern Dynasties to the Tang and Five Dynasties. Compared with "Shishuoxinyu", "Xushishuo" pays more attention to "Fa Shi's brilliance" and has higher historical value.
