Synopsis

"Wonderful Wonders of Modern and Ancient Times" is an anthology of short stories in vernacular, compiled by Ming Baoweng. Mainly selected from "Three Words" by Feng Menglong and "Two Pai" by Ling Shuchu. The forty works in the book reflect the life, thoughts and feelings of the citizens at that time from multiple angles and in an all-round way.
