Class book. Also known as "Shi Wen Lei Ju". Compiled by Zhu Mu, Yuan Fu Dayong, Zhu Yuan and others in the Southern Song Dynasty. Seven episodes, two hundred and thirty-seven volumes. It is compiled in the style of "Art and Literature Collection" and "Beginner's Notes". There are sixty volumes of the first collection, fifty volumes of the second collection, twenty-eight volumes of the sequel, thirty-three volumes of the special collection, thirty-six volumes of the new collection, fifteen volumes of the external collection, and fifteen volumes of the posthumous collection. The four episodes including the first, last, continuation and farewell were compiled by Song Zhumu. A total of forty-eight parts, eight hundred and eighty-five items. Under each category, there is first a general introduction, which records the main words of the group of books, or a summary of the narrative content, or an explanation of the evolution of the past dynasties, followed by a collection of ancient and modern things, and finally a collection of essays by various scholars. The citation is complete and the title and source of the book are noted. However, due to the unplanned editing, there are inevitable repetitions. In accordance with Zhu's style, Yuan Fu Dayong added information about the official system and compiled it into two volumes, New and Foreign, totaling 22 parts and 224 items. Each category was preceded by an additional item about the history of the past dynasties. Zhu Yuan also made up for the deficiencies left by Dayong and compiled the collection into nineteen parts and one hundred and eighteen titles. There is a engraved version of Wuxi Academy in Luling in the third year of Taiding in the Yuan Dynasty (1326), and a seven-volume version republished by Ji Xiutang in the twenty-eighth year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1763).

I learned a lot about history, culture and life, and also learned a lot about the wisdom and experience of the ancients. What I like most is seeing how the ancients educated their children. This reminds me of my own education of children and gives me a lot of inspiration. Although some of the content in the book may be esoteric, overall it is well worth reading.
