Jinshi

"History of Jin" is one of the Twenty-Four Histories. It was written in the Yuan Dynasty and has a total of 135 volumes, including 19 volumes of chronicles, 39 volumes of chronicles, 4 volumes of chronicles, and 73 volumes of biographies. It is an important historical book that reflects the rise and fall of the Jin Dynasty founded by the Jurchen tribe. The compilation began in March of the third year of Emperor Zhizheng of the Yuan Dynasty (1343) and was completed in November of the second year (1344). The book has a total of one hundred and thirty-five volumes, including nineteen volumes of chronicles, thirty-nine volumes of chronicles, four volumes of tables, and seventy-three volumes of biographies. It records a history of 166 years, starting from the birth of Wanyan Aguda, Emperor Taizu of the Jin Dynasty (1068), to the third year of Tianxing reign of Emperor Aizong of the Jin Dynasty (1234), when Mongolia destroyed the Jin Dynasty.
