Jade Boudoir Red

"Jade Bouquet" is a novel published during the Chongzhen period in the late Ming Dynasty. It has not been widely circulated and few people know about it. "Jade Boudoir Red" reflects the conditions of the brothels of the lower class society in Beijing in the late Ming Dynasty, which is shocking. Its description of sexual abuse is also seen only in erotic novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. This book is obviously influenced by "Jin Ping Mei", and the title is taken from one of the names of the main characters in the book. It describes that during the Tianqi period of the Ming Dynasty, Wei Zhongxian was tyrannical and monopolized power, and the supervisory censor Li Shinian was upright. He listed the crimes of Wei Eunuch one by one, risked his own life, and was killed in prison. When Mrs. Shen heard about it, she was killed by a head bump.
