The author Zhou Huang accurately recorded the history, culture, geography and other aspects of Ryukyu based on his own personal experience and field investigations. It reminds me of those serious friends around me who always treat everything with a realistic attitude. This book also made me understand that only through field visits and real records can we better understand the real situation of a country or region.
