Synopsis

In southern Z Country, in the international metropolis of Goose City, there lives a seemingly ordinary manga artist named Chen Liwen.

He's also the landlord of a residential complex called “Genesis Garden,” and every one of his tenants has supernatural abilities of their own...

In this seemingly ordinary metropolis that is, in truth, full of hidden talent, Chen Liwen moves among the ordinary passersby, while the tenants of Genesis Garden gradually begin to uncover the conspiracies of Goose City's many powerful factions through their everyday lives...
