"Book of Wei", compiled by the Northern Qi Dynasty and Wei Dynasty, is a biographical history book that records the history of the Northern Wei Dynasty from the end of the 4th century AD to the middle of the 6th century AD. There are 124 volumes, including 12 volumes of chronicles, 92 volumes of biographies, and 20 volumes of chronicles. Because some chronicles, biographies, and chronicles are too long, they are divided into three volumes: upper and lower, or upper, middle, and lower volumes, for a total of 130 volumes. It is the first "official history" of my country's feudal society to specifically record the historical events of the ethnic minority regimes.
Reader comments
"Book of Wei" records the history of the Northern Wei Dynasty, which gave me a better understanding of ethnic minorities. My express delivery job has taken me to all corners of the city and brought me into contact with people of many different nationalities. This book has allowed me to better understand their culture and traditions. Moreover, when I saw the changes of the Xianbei people written in the book, I also thought of my own relatives and friends, who were also working hard for their lives. This book is well worth reading!
