This book is the author's continuation of "The World of Yuan Longping". "The World of Yuan Longping" was written at the end of 2016. This book makes up for Yuan Longping's achievements in scientific and technological exploration and this gap in his life since 2017. It is a complete "Full Biography of Yuan Longping" and a masterpiece of Yuan Longping's biography. "The World of Yuan Longping" has been submitted to relevant experts from the National Hybrid Rice Engineering Technology Research Center and the Ministry of Agriculture for rigorous review before publication. Yuan Longping also highly recognized the book during his lifetime. The original content of the book "The Complete Biography of Yuan Longping" remains unchanged; a ninth chapter "The Story Behind China's Sea Rice" has been added to showcase the scientific research achievements of Yuan Longping's sea rice team. This chapter has been submitted to Dr. Li Jiming, a student of Academician Yuan Longping and an expert at the Qingdao Sea Rice Research Center, for review three times, and has been revised based on his opinions; Chapter 11 (formerly Chapter 10 of "Yuan Longping's World") has a new section " "Eternal Yuan Longping" is a continuation of Academician Yuan Longping's last years. This section has been published in the overseas edition of "People's Daily" on May 29, 2021, and the full text of "Xinhua Digest" Issue 15, 2021, was reprinted. Necessary additions have been made to the original "Postscript" and "Yuan Longping Chronology".
