Becoming an Empress on the Famine Road

Lu Yao, a female warrior from the apocalypse, transmigrates onto a road filled with refugees. The space comes with her, too. Her parents are both dead, and she has only her starving baby brother to rely on. Drought ravages the land, rivers dry up, plants wither, beasts flee, corpses litter the roads, bandits run rampant, plague spreads, the country falls apart, and the people suffer. For her brother and herself, since heaven is cruel to all creation, she will defy it. Who says women are inferior to men?
