[Strong female and male leads, sweet romance with no angst!] Rumble, rumble... “Help! Heaven’s going to kill this ginseng!” A ten-thousand-year-old ginseng spirit stares at the lightning overhead and lets out a scream! In her previous life, Yun Zhixia was a top assassin in the Dark Night organization, skilled in killing, disguises, poison, medicine, and more. In private, however, she loved reading novels. For the sake of her fictional baby, Yun Zhixia rolled up her sleeves and got into a fight with the rotten author. Her computer short-circuited, and she transmigrated into a ten-thousand-year-old ginseng. Just as she was about to achieve immortality, a succession of lightning bolts blasted her to pieces. When she wakes up again, she has become Yun Zhixia of Yun Family Village. Looking at her little arms and legs, she feels like crying. Luckily, all is not lost. And in the middle of all that, Yun Zhixia meets her baby! Leng Jinye is the supreme Regent of the Dongqian Kingdom, the Nine-Thousand-Year-Old Lord. He is ruthless, unpredictable, and feared by everyone in the kingdom. By chance, Yun Zhixia meets Leng Jinye and recognizes him as her fictional baby! From then on, Yun Zhixia becomes his caring big sister, standing in front of him and taking on anyone who gets in her way. Through their constant interactions, Leng Jinye falls in love with Yun Zhixia, and a crack gradually forms in his ice-sealed heart.
