The Realm Without Bounds

The end of the three-dimensional universe is neither a beginning nor an ending. It is a dimension where life is eternal, yet cannot reproduce; a tragic conspiracy doomed to fail. [A novel of otherworldly, multidimensional space and time]

When I opened my eyes, I saw a world in ruins. The person who had been by my side for decades was buried beneath thick, blackened earth after a massive shock wave swept through. I reached out, trying to pull her broken body from the scorched ground. But my body seemed to have become something like a void. No matter what I did, I could no longer touch anything solid.

As I frantically flailed my arms, my mind in chaos and unable to understand what had happened to me, the ring-shaped object that had changed my life 67 years ago, glowing with a silvery light, appeared before me once more.

At last, I could see it clearly. The ring-shaped object was a flawless silver serpent. Its body bore delicate spiral patterns, and its tail fit perfectly into its mouth like a wedge, without the slightest seam. Its body curved naturally, and through the silver glow enveloping it, I could sense a mysterious energy breathing in a steady rhythm.
