A Spark of the Heart!

Desire arises from the heart. When the heart gives rise to kindness, it becomes love; when it gives rise to malice, it becomes lust.

Xin Sheng always firmly believed that he would have a wonderful life. The little ripples in his otherwise ordinary days filled his heart with sunshine and goodwill.

But perhaps life’s usual state is that nine things out of ten don’t go as planned.

In this world, malice sometimes comes for you without reason, and some tragedies are simply beyond our power to undo.

After the college entrance examination ended, Xin Sheng should have had a bright future ahead of him. But on that very same day, he and his father became caught up in separate violent incidents, and his father wasn’t as lucky as he was.

Everything seemed like a coincidence, yet everything also seemed closely connected to an unsolved case from 19 years ago.

Faced with this sudden blow, Xin Sheng stood at a crossroads in life. If he stopped, everything would end. But if he kept going, the fates of many people would be at stake, including his own.

The people we become depend on the choices we make. Xin Sheng’s choice, it seemed, had long been destined. The person who gave him unwavering conviction was his father, the man who had always loved him in silence.

And he had to carry on the heroism that belonged to both father and son.
