Taiqing Yuandao Zhenjing

The second volume talks about things that those who practice Yuan Dao should be careful about. For example, avoid excessive joy, anger, sorrow, and fear, excessive cold and heat, disordered daily life, loose speech, irritable thoughts, etc. Anything that is not in line with the purpose of tranquility and harmony, or that damages the spirit and vitality, we must be cautious about. The main theme of the book is in line with Laozi's theory of tranquility and inaction, and the text is also clear and concise.
