The content of this book is very practical! In particular, the analysis and treatment of stroke symptoms gave me a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. The book emphasizes the importance of regulating Qi and also gives specific prescriptions, which I feel is of great reference value. However, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is profound, and we need to learn more and practice more to truly master it.
