A golden oriole fell from the sky and injured the leader of the Dark Night Star Bandits. That would have been bad enough, but it also drove the bandit crew’s tactical squad captain over the edge. Just as Tong Ge thought she was done for, the star bandit leader, Clyst, branded her and put a silver collar around her neck, announcing to everyone that she was his pet.
Tong Ge had no intention of becoming anyone’s pet. With help from the System, she planned to escape. But an accident threw her plans off course, and she had no choice but to spend the points she had saved up to upgrade her abilities. To her surprise, her powers drew the attention of an unknown organization. To stay alive and uncover who was behind it all, Tong Ge decided to team up with Clyst and track down the mastermind.
And so, the songbird who could only sing and the star bandit leader embarked on a long, heartwarming journey through the stars.
