I’m My Sister’s Walking Blood Bank

I was eating a grilled sausage by the roadside with my classmate when my dad caught me. He slapped me across the face. “Who told you to eat junk food?”

I thought they loved me, and that they were extra concerned about my health because my older sister was sick.

Then my sister’s condition worsened again, and my parents asked me to donate a kidney to her. That was when I heard what they told the doctor.

“No matter how slim the chances, you have to save my daughter. There’s no need to consider whether her younger sister lives or dies. We had her so she could provide organs for her sister.”
