The content in the book is very comprehensive, with detailed explanations from basic techniques to specific cases, which gave me a deeper understanding of Chinese painting. Moreover, the author's language is concise and easy to understand, just like chatting with a friend, making it easy for people to resonate. I particularly like the meticulous flower-and-bird painting part, and I feel like I can draw beautiful works too! However, there is one character in the book that I kind of hate, the one who always criticizes other people's work. I think art should make people happy and enjoy it, and shouldn't be too harsh. This book made me more interested in Chinese painting, and I will continue to study!
