I Don't Want to Be Hokage, and I'm Not Itachi Uchiha

A modern-day coma patient transmigrates into the world of Naruto as Uchiha Itachi. From the start, it’s the night of the clan massacre. He saves the entire clan, makes up for Itachi’s regrets, builds a statue of hope, and forges a different path to becoming Hokage for the Uchiha Clan.

With the whole Uchiha Clan still alive and eager to become Hokage, the story takes a different turn. The male lead is left bewildered as the future changes!

The story follows a coma patient who must collect seven Hearts of Hope to come back to life, from completing the first mission to save the Uchiha Clan to collecting all the Hearts of Hope, and finally returning to Earth.
