Editor's recommendation
Build a "Four Beams and Eight Pillars" and "Five Forces Model" logical system. Rely on a more pragmatic and comprehensive perspective. Absorb the latest judicial cases and regulatory regulations in the securities field. Cover the latest content of the Beijing Stock Exchange and the Judicial Interpretation of Securities Misrepresentation. Whether you are an investor, an entrepreneur, a legal advisor, or a lawyer, securities law should be your close friend and bring you value. Securities law is the greatest common denominator of the securities market and the most important and fundamental game rule of the securities market.
Introduction
First, the Securities Law is interpreted strictly in accordance with my country's current Securities Law, covering every legal provision of the Securities Law, and the original text of the legal provisions is underlined. Second, it absorbs relevant administrative regulations, departmental rules, judicial interpretations and other provisions, and is a development from the perspective of legal application and legal doctrine, rather than a narrative from the perspective of legislators. The third is to reconstruct the logic of the securities law, establish the four beams and eight pillars of the securities law, straighten out the relationship between legal provisions, and gradually explain the essence of the securities law. Fourth, it uses a large number of real judicial cases and live events in the securities market to truly touch the pulse of securities law.

This book is very practical. The author's "four beams and eight pillars" logical system is very interesting and explains the complex securities laws very clearly. Moreover, there are many real cases in the book, making it not boring to read. I think both investors and related practitioners can learn a lot from this book. I particularly like the explanations of legal provisions in the book, which are very detailed and gave me a deeper understanding of securities laws. He Haifeng is really a knowledgeable and talented author!
