Following the continuous crackdown on the telecom fraud zone in northern Myanmar, many fish that slipped through the net have made a comeback in poor areas of South Africa. The locals' methods are more cruel and their deceptions are more sophisticated. Not only are they rife with telecom fraud, but also warlords, drugs and other dark transactions are rampant. I will use my personal experience there to expose these crimes.
