As the book says, teachers are "brain changers." We must understand the operation of the brain in order to better educate children. I think this book is somewhat similar to "The Child's Brain" in that they both emphasize the importance of understanding the brain in education. And some of the ideas and methods in the book reminded me of what Principal Neal said in "Summerhill School": "Let the school adapt to the child, rather than the child adapting to the school." This book has been of great help to me in educating my children. I recommend it to you!
