The Yun family is one of the great clans of the Eastern Continent. Yun Zhian is its youngest son, with older siblings to carry the family’s hopes on their shoulders. That means the responsibility of preserving the Yun family’s glory won’t fall to him. All he has to do each day is eat, drink, and have fun, living as a carefree wastrel.
Still, he has to attend school. Pouting and begging doesn’t work, so he cries and looks back every few steps as he reluctantly heads to the sect. There, he meets the young lord of the Ye family.
The young lord is the kind of outstanding child elders always use as an example: a Golden Core cultivator at eighteen. Yet this little weakling, Yun Zhian, who hasn’t even established his Foundation, gets along wonderfully with him. As it happens, Ye Nanfeng has no airs about him, so whenever they have time, the two stick together.
One day, Yun Zhian follows Ye Nanfeng as usual to complete a sect mission. They’re supposed to clear monsters from a village, and the monsters are only at Foundation Establishment level.
Thinking he has Ye Nanfeng to rely on, Yun Zhian lets down his guard. But after taking a strange pill, one of the monsters charges at him so quickly that Ye Nanfeng can’t stop it in time. The monster slips behind him and knocks him on the head.
That’s when he discovers his soul has been knocked out of his body.
A soul’s five senses are keener than those of an ordinary person. And when the soul and body are within a certain distance of each other, they share the sensations they experience.
A slice-of-life story about the two of them cultivating and growing stronger together.
Ye Nanfeng × Yun Zhian
A little obsessive × absolutely adorable
The writing written by the author is super nice, casual and sweet. There is basically no plot line and it is just a good-luck daily life. It is recommended to read the picture as a sweet article before going to bed.
