This book is a side story to The Things We Did While in Love, and a deeply personal memoir.
It details the little moments of “my” life with Guo Long, from moving in together in 2007 to getting married.
We began as independent individuals, but as we learned to live together, we gradually grew closer and grew as people, becoming partners whose temperaments, personalities, and interests suited each other better.
Then, in a state of physical and emotional comfort, we entered married life and joined hands to build “our world.”
Marriage takes work, and so does romance.
“Our” way of nurturing love is to keep things simple and steady.
That is why this is an exceptionally uneventful book.
