The Inner Chapter of Baopuzi

"Book of Sui Jing Ji Zhi" Taoist records include twenty-one volumes of "Inner Pian", "Old Tang Book Jing Ji Zhi" records twenty volumes of "Inner Pian", and "Baopuzi·Wai Pian·Automatic Preface" states that "Fan wrote twenty volumes of "Inner Pian" and fifty volumes of "Outer Pian"." It can be seen that the "Inner Pian" originally consisted of twenty volumes, and the current version contains twenty volumes. It was printed separately and separated from the "Outer Pian". Each volume has one page and is slightly incomplete. The existing editions of "Baopuzi Neipian" include: the Lin'an edition published in the 22nd year of Shaoxing in the Song Dynasty, the Zhengtong Taoist Collection edition of the Ming Dynasty, the Dunhuang stone chamber edition of Luo Zhenyu, the secret book of Baoyan Hall, and the school edition of Sun Xingyan's Pingjin Hall, etc. Wang Ming's "Commentary and Commentary on the Inner Chapters of Baopuzi" (updated edition) published by Zhonghua Book Company in 1985 is included in the "New Compilation of Zhuzi Collection" (First Edition), which is currently the most detailed and well-annotated popular edition.
