Yang Lu is a major figure in a post-apocalyptic world who has reincarnated into her original world. She soon discovers that she’s a disposable side character in a novel about the entertainment industry. Her biological older brother, Lu Mingyu, is one of many men who fall in love with the heroine. After Lu Mingyu joins a survival reality show, he develops insomnia and becomes obsessed with food, ruining his reputation. Before long, their family falls apart. To escape that fate, Yang Lu decides to join the survival show with her brother.
