Terrifying Motherly Love

On the day of my college entrance exams, I had a fever of 41 degrees Celsius. Mom held my head under ice water. "You only get one shot at these exams. Just tough it out and it'll be over." In the exam hall, I felt so awful that I passed out. When the medical staff carried me out on a stretcher, Mom desperately tried to stop them. She held a knife to her own neck, threatening to kill herself unless they took me back to the exam hall. Later, I personally sent her to prison. After she was sentenced to death, she asked to see me one last time. I refused coldly. "Just tough it out and it'll be over."
