Not only did he live to the age of 74, he also had two sons. At the age of 69, he wrote "Four Lessons from the Moral".
The author of "Four Lessons from Liaofan" tells the process of changing destiny through his personal experience.

This is the only book I have read for three months, and I will continue to read it. I will use this book to spur myself on, always reflect on myself, and only by being humble in everything can I move the world, bless me, and benefit others...
Although I don't understand it very well, I feel I gained a lot.
If you want to cultivate your character, manage your family, govern your country, and bring peace to the world, you must read "Yuan Liaofan's Four Family Instructions." For all those who have spoken so earnestly and listened to his words, I have observed that Master Yuan directly pointed to his original mind and became a Buddha by seeing his nature. I sighed: There are thousands of grains of grain in this book!
It enables us to recognize the nature of fate. We should not be stubborn and completely unbelieving, nor should we passively adhere to fate, so that we will not be destined by fate, but can actively change fate, achieve destiny, and control our own destiny!
Central idea:
Do good deeds
Have [fear] of nature
Have [shame] for inappropriate behavior
Be brave enough to change your status
A book I read by chance twenty or thirty years ago. I still encounter it today. It's very, very good.
There is a god in the sky
Read it over and over again, endless aftertaste
Thoughts come from the heart, and you see them in your own eyes.
Great, I like it very much
Good books good books good books
Heaven is the creator of destiny, and destiny is called nature. If the five elements are in conflict, they cannot be changed.
My destiny is mine, it is a choice made the day after tomorrow. Be careful and know where to stop, and you will get what you want.
Chinese traditional culture has its essence in every book.
Read it slowly and understand the meaning, which can change your life.
