No wonder she looked like someone from the past. She was the child of someone from the past.
When Zhaozhao and Qianli were together, she was twenty and he was eighteen.
She was facing retirement, while he was at the prime age for an athlete.
She left without hesitation. He threw a fit and refused to let her go, doing anything he could to make her stay.
She smiled. “This is as far as my path goes, but you still have a long, long way ahead of you.”
“As long as we're both still in this world, we'll meet again someday.”
She said they'd meet at the top, and he pressed on without looking back.
They met again at the nation's biggest competition.
During a match he was officiating, he saw a child.
Every move in the child's combat stance reminded him of her.
He followed the child's gaze,
and saw her standing in the crowd...
My God, it's really, really, really, really, really, really beautiful!
