Back in Time to Spoil My Childhood Sweetheart

This time... I'm going to protect you, no matter what.

In middle school, my childhood friend Pearl, whom I had a crush on, died by suicide. After her death, I learned she had been bullied for years. Her stepfather was the one responsible... I've spent my life since then regretting that I survived and simply carried on.

Even after entering the working world, I lived every day consumed by remorse... Then one day, I woke up back in the past for some reason, in the middle school years I regretted most.

No matter how difficult it gets, I have to use this chance, my one and only chance, to save the life of the girl I love most. From this day on, I swear to protect and cherish my childhood friend.

This is the story of a man who returns to the past to protect and cherish his childhood friend, shielding her from bullying and abuse.
