Charmander from the Start: I'm Going to Become a Pokémon Master

This is a character-growth story, not a wish-fulfillment power fantasy. It features Generation IX Pokemon, Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, Mega Evolution, Dynamax, Terastallization, and more. The Legendary Pokemon are the familiar ones, though the story may differ in some ways.
