She Talks a Little Too Much

I like peace and quiet. She talks a bit too much, but I like her anyway.

Chen Yuzhou

Wen Ying always thought her high school life was dull and monotonous. Then she met Chen Yuzhou, and suddenly her gray, colorless days turned rose-pink. Before meeting him, she slacked off in class and slept through breaks, embracing a thoroughly lazy attitude. After meeting him, she kept slacking off in class, but spent her breaks teasing the shy, innocent high school boy. Later, Wen Ying stopped wanting to coast through life. She had found something she truly loved, and resolved to mend her ways and work hard. In the end, she won the heart of the one she loved and went to study in her favorite city. Love and academics both worked out beautifully.

Wen Ying: “I’m grateful to my own courage for bringing me so much happiness.”

Chen Yuzhou: “I’m grateful for your courage. It brought me happiness.”
