The Stellar Eevee Empire: Beiluo Star

It very much restores the plot of that Stars mod How can I put it, it would be better if it could be linked with more preset countries in the original version of Stellaris. From a micro perspective, many characters are very three-dimensional and full-bodied, and they belong to the type where you won't be confused by the character's name.
