"Insight into Human Nature" is a classic work by Adler, the founder of individual psychology. Adler believed that human nature is complex and should not be overstated about good or evil. Behind any behavior of a person, there are psychological reasons and life goals, and the individual's behavior pattern can be traced back to the personality characteristics he formed in early childhood. This book is divided into two parts: "Human Behavior" and "Character Research". It elaborates on the basic principles of individual psychology and analyzes human nature with a large number of cases, helping people who are in relationship difficulties to better understand themselves and others, gain a more mature mind, and thus better integrate into society.

This book is very interesting and it gave me a deeper understanding of human nature. Adler mentioned in the book that everyone's behavior has its own psychological reasons, which made me start to reflect on my own behavior and thoughts. I especially like the part about personality research in the book. Through case analysis, I have a better understanding of my own and other people's personalities. Moreover, the author explains some complex psychological concepts in easy-to-understand language, so that even a psychology novice like me can easily understand it. All in all, this is a great book worth reading!
