This book provides many practical tips to help us resolve conflicts effectively. The views shared by author Dana Caspersen in the book are pertinent and the advice given is very practical. I think this book is somewhat similar to "Crucial Conversations" in that they both teach us how to face and resolve various conflicts in life. Moreover, the scenario demonstrations in the book reminded me of some characters in "Nonviolent Communication" who also avoided conflicts by changing their communication methods. All in all, this is a good book worth recommending!
