A Long Ballad Derivative: The Agony of Remembrance

Although this is a fanfic based on Lost You Forever, it only borrows the world and setting from the original. The main storyline won't change either; this is simply a story branching off from one of the side plots. Strictly speaking, the story is split into two parts: the protagonist of the first is Tushan Yuanyue, while the protagonist of the second is Ji Shier. The two parts span roughly sixty years, from the end of the first to the beginning of the second. Characters from the original will also appear, though their endings will be changed slightly.

As for Tushan Yuanyue, she isn't an entirely made-up character. She is based on someone: the character in The Heavenly Fox. I happened to watch that show recently, so I borrowed one of its characters.

The main themes of this story are fate, obsession, and entanglement. Everything has a cause and an effect; nothing comes from nowhere. If you're interested, take your time and savor it.
