Mutual Secret Crush

Looking for a Story Where the Male and Female Leads Have Mutual Secret Crushes

Then she ran into him again while on a blind date, and they eventually got together. She was a manga artist. I bought the physical book in eighth grade and loved it, but now that I've finished high school, I can't find it anywhere.
