About the author
Kang Fengqin, female, was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in 1954. Her ancestral home is Qingjian County, Shaanxi. She started working in 1971. In 1992, she graduated from the History Department of Xinjiang University with a master's degree in modern Chinese economic history. Mainly engaged in research on economic and trade history and industrial history in Tacheng area, Xinjiang.
Qiu Anlu was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in 1956, and his ancestral home is Lingtai County, Gansu. Worked since 1974, mainly engaged in research on local history, local chronicles and Tacheng studies in Tacheng, Xinjiang.
