I particularly like the part in the book about how the Singaporean government grasps the dynamic governance system of learning and adaptation. This is of great reference for me as a startup entrepreneur. However, I kind of hate some of the overly theoretical content in the book. It would be better if there were more practical examples. Overall, this is a great book worth reading!
