This book proposes for the first time an interpretation framework for Derrida's late thought, and specifically interprets this framework as hauntology. At the same time, it also discovers three characteristics of "ghost" and traces them back to the origins of Husserl and Heidegger's phenomenology genealogically. In addition, by using the genealogical definition and description of the three characteristics of ghosts, Derrida's late ethics and political thoughts are further examined and sorted out, providing a new perspective for understanding the occurrence and transformation of Derrida's late thoughts and the meaning, evolution and use of key words.
