This book is mainly in response to the requirements of the Jiangsu Province Excellent Chinese Teacher Training Project Plan, and focuses on the achievements and experience in training Chinese major normal students at Changshu Institute of Technology over the past 60 years. Starting from the two aspects of "practice" and "knowledge", this book selects the representative results of Chinese teaching and research of 12 outstanding alumni (mostly special teachers in middle schools), mainly including papers, lesson plans, and classroom teaching records. It aims to embody the two keywords of "excellent teachers" and "records of knowledge", provide reference for teaching reform and curriculum construction of outstanding teachers, and provide benchmarks and paradigms for the training of Chinese teachers.
