Where the Clouds Run Deep, We Shall Meet Again

Le Kaihuai had been overjoyed to find fragments of beautiful fantasies inside the dreamcatcher. At last, he had gathered all the beautiful fantasy fragments from his good dream and successfully became a cloud that could drift freely through the sky. As he was celebrating, he accidentally bumped into Song Huanle, who was floating in the air too and had just taken shape. The two merged, and thus came to be an older brother, Le Hehe, and a younger sister, Le Youyou. (They were still only fantasy fragments, unable to see their parents.)

Years later, their mother, Song Huanle, prayed every day while helping other fragments. She hoped that her children, still fantasy fragments, would safely pass through the trial of good dreams inside the dreamcatcher, become clouds soon, and meet their father and mother so they could live a normal “life in the sky” as a family of four.

One day, while making her usual wish, their mother suddenly disappeared. (After helping many children who had failed to enter good dreams escape death, their mother, Song Huanle, took shape and transformed into a human.) This left their father, Le Kaihuai, frantic. Not only did he have to help the two child fragments through their difficulties, he also had to race across the skies by day and night in search of the missing cloud, their mother, Song Huanle.

And so, a long time passed, so long that their father forgot exactly when their mother had disappeared, and so long that each child needed only one more fragment to become a cloud. What did the two children each go through? Could they gather their final fragment and meet their father? And what trials would their older brother, Le Hehe, and younger sister, Le Youyou, face after becoming clouds, as they ascended to become humans and eventually reached the mortal world
