This book is comprehensive and well-organized. It tells the history of China in popular language. It is very suitable for people like me who are passionate about history. However, I don't like the classical Chinese part of the book. It's a bit difficult to read. But those wonderful historical stories really fascinate me! Overall, this is a good introductory book on the general history of China.
