The Movie Emperor Is Back to Showering Me with Sweetness

[Secret crush + both leads are each other's only one + secret crush + showbiz + no misunderstandings]

“Ding, ding, ding...”

The award-winning actor was livestreaming when more than a dozen messages suddenly popped up on his phone.

A WeChat friend saved as A1 had sent him ten red packets, each containing 520 yuan.

[Si Yi'an.]

[Could you stop acting?]

[Let me take care of you, okay?]

“Holy crap, am I seeing things? Someone's trying to keep our superstar with ten red packets of 520 yuan each.”

“AI, can't you see the contact is saved as AI? Artificial intelligence? Is AI really so advanced now that it sends red packets on a schedule every month?”

“This actor really gets around. He's even pairing up with AI.”

“If 5,200 yuan can keep an award-winning actor, then maybe there's hope for me and my 3,000-yuan salary.”

“Am I the only one who sees that it says A1, not AI? A1 sounds like ‘I love you’ in Chinese!”

“Hubby, I'll pay 52,000 yuan to make that AI go away!”

“Si Yi'an is mine. I'll pay 530,000!”

“I'll pay 540,000! Going once!”

“Don't drive up the price! We agreed on 5,200, so it's 5,200.”

“...”

In an instant, the livestream went from a movie promotion to an auction.

And Si Yi'an, the “item” up for auction,

announced that he was retiring from acting.

Si Yi'an: Sorry, my wife will take care of me. I'm done acting.

Fans: ...
