The Jin Family Children at the Foot of Changbai Mountain

This piece is about the beautiful hometown I knew as a child.

After the passage of many years, it became a desolate wasteland and ruin.

It pains me deeply. How can I bring it back to life?

So I wrote this piece, weaving together my parents’ firsthand experiences with my own thoughts and dreams.

I hope that through this piece, this precious place in my hometown will shine once more, more beautifully than ever before.
