Honkai Impact 3rd: Is She a Kamen Rider? She's a Valkyrie!

[The author’s interests are incredibly diverse, and there are many original characters. Please read with caution.]

“Kamen Rider” + “yandere male lead” + “ensemble cast” + “scheming” + “multiverse”

(Honkai Impact 3rd and Kamen Rider? A perfect match!) Before the Third Honkai Eruption, something happened in Changkong City... Honkai? But no Honkai Energy had been detected. Still, to protect the people, Captain Himeko and her team received orders from their superiors to investigate and keep the public safe. At the end of the operation, they found a baby crying helplessly 600 meters from Changkong City. The instruments aboard the Hyperion detected the faint signal. Although the rescue mission was already over, they couldn’t just abandon such a helpless baby. So Himeko brought the child aboard the Hyperion. After discussing it with her team, Himeko made a decision: she would adopt the abandoned baby. And that baby is our protagonist. His arrival changes the world and makes it a better place... probably...

(Our protagonist builds his own Driver. It’s not like Kiryu Sento’s Driver: he transforms using energy harnessed from a white crystal. In terms of overall strength, he’s on par with the Herrschers. If the secondary Rider transforms too, they’ll be stronger than the Herrschers.)
