It came in through a search after someone pushed it. As a fan of The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon, I personally like this pair and hope to replace Amy in The Big Bang Theory. But overall after reading it, to be honest, I was a little disappointed.
First of all, the author made reference to a lot of the two original dramas in terms of plot direction, and the writing style of the emotional aspect is also relatively delicate.
However, my personal thoughts may be due to the time when the book was published. Young Sheldon later added a lot of Peggy settings, which are not quite the same as the author's current settings.
And I prefer to see Peggy, who is somewhat venomous but lonely and lacks love, being more business-minded than Sheldon. I also hope to see the relationship gradually heat up due to Sheldon's unintentional heart-warming actions, and the two sides slowly become each other's salvation.
It's a pity that the overall emotional line of this book is a bit biased towards Amy. She is a bit smart but not as good as Sheldon. She is curious about her to the point of being obsessed with her and ends up together. Peggy's own loneliness and incompatibility with the rest of the world don't seem to exist here.
Considering that it is a niche and the author really carefully refers to the original book "Power Generation with Love", I still choose to give it five stars. I hope this book will be so popular that the author will write another one.
